Hi Everyone, new Freelander owner here.
I have never owned a 4x4 before and my 2001 Freelander ES TD4 is my first experience.
After several years of owning a leaky Renault Scenic we had decided to purchase a Freelander to carry the family, childrens seats, prams... etc.
Anyway a week ago the Renault finally gave in which gave me the perfect opportunity to go and see the Landy at a garage around the corner I had seen on Ebay.
To cut a long story short we bought the Freelander, picked it up 2 days later and took it on its first drive for a weeks holiday in Yorkshire.
After driving the car for a week I realise there a a few little tweaks I need to sort out to get it 100% but im really pleased with it so far.
If anyone can recommend a Land Rover specialist in the Wigan area I would be grateful.
I have read many posts on here and look forward to contributing and asking a few questions in the future.
