Hi....just joined

it's Predator 1 from Wales. Just bought a TD5 with gas conversion, it is spluttering when on gas....
Any ideas guys?

So far as I know you can't convert a Td5 to gas but you can add it to increase burn efficiency.

I imagine the electrics would need some convincing everything was ok though.

How are you running a Diesel engine on gas? No wonder it's spluttering.

Sorry guys I made a mistake after looking at td5 on the net (dreaming) I hav a disco v8 with gas conversion

Spluttering on gas could be a number of things, standard sparkplugs don't like gas long term, have you checked them? Also there is a filter in the system that need cleaning during the service if it isn't done, that can cause rough running also. My advice would be to get the gas system serviced.
