Hi everyone... need some assistance with re-enabling the immobiliser on my Discovery

I have a 1999 Discovery I and the immobilizer has decide to enable & I cannot start her.

The central locking doses not work. The flashing LED for the alarm / immobilizer is not light.

I have a red icon on the dash, red Jeep with a spanner on it, that is light up, meaning that the immobilizer has enabled.

I have the 4 digit access key to over ride the immobiliser & I have tried to enter that…. No go !

Confirm the battery is good / fully charged.

Checked all fuses, they seem fine.

Any help would be greatly received.

The 4 digit code is used in the drivers door keylock and if I remember correctly is used in a sequence of 5 turns to left and right in the lock.

Sounds like you need a good auto-electrician!
