Hello all ,
Been a member for a little while now, But this is the first chance ive had to put finger to keyboard.
You see i joined late feb after buying a 1.8 petrol station wagon and have spent most of the time reading the threads and thinking OH MY GOD what have i gone and done.
I love driving it though........but..... now i am just waiting for it all to t**ts up.
I find myself checking the water after every drive and although i have no strange knocks or noises i am listening all the time ......waiting.....coz the overwhelming opinion seems to be not if but when.!
Its annoying i always wanted a freelander and allthough i love it i just have no faith in it.
So what to do? give up on the freelander and sell it on? yup!
But i am not giving up on land rover oh no... so what have done ? ive purchased what i wanted in the first place ....... a 4.6 litre v8 thor engined range rover.
So if i am gonna be chuckin loads of cash at a land rover it may as well be one that i have allways really wanted .
So i look farward to asking all you range rover guys ..... well you know what the questions are gonna be dont ya?????

Yeah i know ........but all that leather and burr wallnut........
what a fantastic place to be........while its all working of course.
But i know the clocks ticking. . . . .

Bloody hell just think how much more money your going to be giving to the government, hope it's LPG!

Oh yeah its lpg .
Only do about 6000 miles a year on average. But the road tax is the same as someone who does 100,000 or more a year ..How fair is that?????
Government must have the pound of flesh ...It all us little fish that get books balanced i think. We all get scr*wed for the same amount of tax regardless of the miles you cover a year.
