As it’s after 2007 plse ensure the oil pump cover has been replaced when the belts were done

If it is the torque converter and has been left like that for a while there’s a very high likely hood the gearbox will also need a rebuild

When u test drove it did the revs fluctuate

May i ask what’s the model of D3 , mileage and asking price plse , thks

Thks for the info, personally I would walk away , seeing the gearbox is in question u could be looking at £1500 quid, which will start taking u towards 6k , don’t know what else is wrong and the reason why it’s being sold cheap

If u look on the D3 forum there are some for sale from members and u know they’ve been well looked after
