I have done brakes, discs shocks , electrics on my cars also a clutch , I have a good tool kit amassed over the years. Always do my own oil and filter changes, coolant etc.Welcome to the forum
A D3 or D4 can be an expensive vehicle to maintain. Do you have the ability to do the work yourself or need the help of a garage?
You should be ok then. Need to get a diagnostic device to assist. The Gap IIDBT is good for disco 3/4 but expensive. Other options available. Ask in the disco section on ere and peeps will advise what they have got and what it can do.
