Hi everyone. New to the forum so best introduce myself. My name is Dean and I live just outside Harrogate. We currently have a freelander 1 2.0di which my wife to be uses to drive to Bradford and back everyday for work. Its done 120, 000 miles and runs like a dream. I replaced the timing and pump belts when I got it. Had a few problems, heater matrix blew so I replaced that then the metal water pipe at the front of the engine blew so fixed that too. The best thing by far was to Terraclean (a decarbonisation treatment) engine. The engine is much smoother and quieter now and more importantly we save £10 per week in fuel. I have had a couple of Discos in the past a 200tdi and a 300tdi commercial, hopefully I will get another one soon. Anyway thanks for reading.
