L322 heres those wheels....

following on from last post, here are the before and afters..
they are the l405 wheels and tyres i picked up on my travels stopping off before i got to that place that dare not be mentioned.
c,w,n,r,reading...
so they are reasonable l405s 275 45 21 with scorpion verdes
i spent a while cleaning them up and they drive ok,
bleeding heavy though, glad i have a pair of long stud spigots i had made to slide the wheels off and on.
once fitted,they are a little lighter on the steering than the other l405s 255 55 20s with scorpion verdes i replaced
and my original 255 55 19s with pirellis showing the spigot mounts / slides..

i was looking for the turbine 22s.. but pricey and the tyres,
i saw company's offering 285 35 22 or 275 40 22, either had me a bit worried as they end up looking like the tyres are just a thin rubber band,
then the state of our roads..glad i went with the 45s
it gives a little cushion for the pushin'
