well I have owned my 02 td4 since the 5th dec o8 and the probs have started the hdc wasnt working so booked it in under warranty I kept hearing a loud clunk when stopping found the battery wasnt secure took it straight over and they put two large rusty washers on anyway dropped it off yesterday with a list of what was wrong should of seen their faces when I said I wanted the battery done properly with the right part 
its gone for the week and iam now driving a suzuki mpv (the shame ) which I had to take straight to the pump and fill up
