Hello everyone, I’m having a nightmare with my disco 2, when it’s in high it’s got no power top speed about 15mph with my foot to the floor however when it’s in low, it drives normal like it should in low, could anyone help me or point me in the right direction

Your profile says, "Discovery 1 TD5" which is unlikely, all TD5s went into Discovery 2s or Defenders.
Also we have no idea if you have auto or manual.
If Auto, I'd start by changing the fluid and the filter in the autobox.
