Hi all I have a freelander 2td4 and have trouble around 2 thousand to 3 thousand revs it seems to hesitate and jib and spulter I have changed the fuel filter air filter mass airflow sensor crankshaft sensor and it has made no difference it seems worse when it is wet I have a lot of codes come up but where do I start .HELP
