help with td4 on 52 plate

hi to all can anyboby help
my td4 is not running right as if running on 3 piston and also the inlet manifold is blowing on number one piston and has melted part on the manifoid . have changed the loom in the injectors and also the manifold but it has done the same again . got fed up with it and have just changed to engine but is running rough do the engine ecu go this model and could this be my problem with it . many thanks joebow
