I have a slow puncture in one tyre, I'm thinking of putting 68psi in instead of 34 so I have to do half as (half ass) frequent.o_O

Then you have one hard ass tyre that will be the first to "skate" away on you

Pop into Ian Gray at G&M Motors on the down hill stretch to Dingwall from Tore, hang a left just before the (right) turn to Connon and he'll sort you out, but perhaps call him and see if he can fit you in. Tell him you have a slow leak.. Wife's tyre was leaking slowly and it turned out to be a screw o_O

Tell him Andi Candoo recommended him ;)

Of course listen to the masked men on here. I have one of those pump up spray bottles which deliver a jet of soapy water. Knock yourself out. You can pretend it's a machine gun. Just where the airlines appear over the back nearside chassis then off to the nearside bag and across to the offside bag is where my little monkeys were hiding. I've also found the tiniest of little monkeys just frothing in the rear neerside bag. I found if you fire your Tommy gun onto something you know has no air in like a solid lump of something and then compare the difference after a few minutes. My little blighters played me up big time. I've graduated to the west wing here as I've endured every p38 fault known to man. I've seen poor souls in other wings who've suffered nought but deflating EAS. They may never get out. If they do, I've seen many carted back in with the next degree of trauma. The lock out. Got to go back in now. I can't let matron catch me on landyzone.

I was paying homage to Wamms prior post but I know someone if I get a real puncture, probably tonight now I've said it.:p

That mod is a waste of time and is not at all needed IF your system is working properly. I hate it when people invent solutions that are not needed to mask a problem rather than repair it properly. Bit like the logic applied when having a slow puncture in one tyre and putting holes in the other three so they all go flat at the same time. :(
my system, reaching for wood. Tap tap, works well after all has been sorted. Our drive way and roads aren't level in any respect, so my compressor doesn't have to lift it back up after its chooses to lower down to the lowest corner when parked. Saves the compressor doing more than necessary work. Similar to leaving a door ajar or the boot lid open. Works for me. Your own choice. Chaque un son truc! :p

You were asking about tyres recently? I had a drive in MrGorsky's the othre day and he's just put 4 General Grabber ATs on. Surprisingly quiet on the road and drives like a dream. Decent chunky tread too.
