Help with A-Frame bushes!

Can't help with why it wont fit, but it looks the right way around to me, at least that's how the original is, with the curve in the a-frame arms facing upwards.

thanks. i thought it was the right way, but the rose joint allows it to be either way so i did wonder.

its not so much the bushes dont fit, just that i needed 8 hands as i need to compress the bush slightly and squeeze it in both sides.

anyhow, doesnt sound like there is a special knack to it. just some persuasion with a couple of levers and a rubber mallet lol :D
 
As above, lots of grease, gentle jacking and timber to cushion the components. Polybushes often look a bit big to fit in where they're supposed to go, but they will proceed with a little persuasion. I've found something flat and bendy like a scraper blade can be useful as a shoehorn.
