I thought he meant they blow off when he uses the air line? Definitely need some clarification

update after 1st mechanic ****ed about for 2 weeks not got right tool ive ordered another one etc,just got to the end of the problem with second mechanic blocked cat, he took pipe off turbo and it ran as normal, bit of luck at last as i had my mini stolen day after i mot'd it then i bought a nissan primera off a friend who didn't need it any more talk about a pile of crap i get more mpg out of range rover plus to add more enjoyment driving it.
