does anyone know of any places to go green laning offroading around moray or highlands in scotland any replies much appreciated

Do a search hereabouts... I believe you will find that Scottish law is completely different to English regarding green lanes and byways (as in there aren't any) so you are better off joining a club that has permission to offroad.
