Help please to identify this part thats fallen off my TD5!!

Hi, could someone please tell me what this is please! I have a W reg TD5 disco and had a rattling noise underneath, this part was the collperate and i dont have a manual to tell me what is it, is was on the rear diff, 2 bolts to rear diff and a one to body with cable bolted to the body!

Any ideas??
