help on chassis maker

hello im looking to buy a new chassis and have seen this company Designa Chassis – Specialist Land Rover Chassis and Special Parts Fabricator does any one have any experience of this company ? i want to have a coil sprung series 3 with power steering and they can make a chassis with the mods (i dont want a defender i like the old landys) thank for any info ....;.

ps my old chassis is just about shot ....

In the past I have fitted a galvanised coil sprung chassis to a Series and they are very good, altho the lead time seems to vary. This one had normal Series steering setup but was ordered with a removeable gearbox crossmember (a good idea).

However, I think you had better check with Designa because I'm pretty sure that a coil spring Series chassis fails fowl of SVA laws now.
