I bought a 56reg td4 and it had no boost really slow. I found a broken wire on the plug for the boost control valve so I fixed that cleaned all electrical plugs with contact spray still no better am sure I can here the turbo slightly while driving. There is no smoke or ruff running just really slow to get up to speed. Also the eml with the.! In it but doesn't show any codes.

I unplugged the maf sensor but it was still the same

Any idears
Cheers

Are you familiar with the M47? have you drove another Td4 to compare?. First thing I did with SWMBO's Td4 and my 75CDTi was fit Synergy 2 tuning modules, and Pierburg MAF's, (Jettex filters also (but that's just my choice). Designed to be happy ay 165 - 170, not detuned to 116 - 131. You will feel no boost as standard, feel like they have a clogged air filter

It struggles getti g up hills as well I bought it to tow a caravan and with the way it is now wouldn't pull it off the drive haha

Check all your air hoses. hopefully one may be knackered or adrift. This is stating the obvious but you have not mentioned the air filter, and fuel filter.
Did it have the problem when you bought it, or has it developed since you bought it, if so when, how many miles have you done. Do you know for certain if it has been well serviced or run until something goes wrong, what is the mileage. Turbo is highly unlikely, but it happens, could be fuel rail delivery. May be best to connect a T4 to it.

If it has been well looked after, or if SWMBO reported those symptoms, (and I did not know it had been done) I would suspect the fuel pump under the wheel arch & filter.

Looking back at your first post. If eml is on then a fault code must be logged. It is the code that triggers the light. So maybe try another reader. If no smoke that rules out turbo hoses and overfuelling. Maybe hp pump not delivering pressure required. Can you check live data? Report back with lp and hp pressure and manifold pressure.
