Help, no brakes!

Hi everyone, after a bit of advice...
Replaced a leaky front wheel cylinder and bled the brakes in the Haynes manual order.
The pedal now goes to the floor, comes back up and on the second press feels great. I am inclined to think that air is out of the system as the pedal doesn't feel spongy on the second press.
Any ideas?

try doin em with an eezi bleed, works every time

Nice one, cheers. Kind of suspecting the rear drums, remember one of the adjusters not doing much last MOT. Clamping brake hoses, never tried that, reckon I could just use a G cramp...?

Used an eezi bleed, I think I bled them ok coz on the second press the brakes are pretty solid.
