HELP!!NEEDED forLand Rover defender 110 project

My Land Rover defender is currently in a bad way,so I am going to try and do it up.this Is my first restoration project so forgive me if I sound stupid

Firstly anyone know how to make a Land Rover defender 110 (2004) mostly water tight because at the moment the driver for and passenger do is leaking Also there seem to be a leek in the roof and I cannot find it so anyone know anything that will completely make the roof impenetrable to rain
Secondly does anyone know where I can get some seats for both front row and second row for a decent price ?(preferably leather seats and also open to changing seats to fit )

Also where can I purchase door cards as mine are all broken and falling off

Lastly is there a carpet that is water proof and looks nice
