Help fitting rock sliders

Hi All,

Simple question this one and I'm hoping there's an easy answer.

Just went to fit some rock sliders on the 90, I took of the aluminium facia below the door, removed the bolt between the A post and Chassis rigger (I think thats what its calles) I can put the slider in place, pole into the chassis hole and align the bracket with the chassis hole and try to push the bolt back through, err no joy.

I'm assuming the A post to Chassis position has moved as I can't get the bolt through.

Any suggestions what I should do?

put a jack under the bulkhead/a post, use a tapered punch to help align

Ok thought that may help but I did not want to force anything I had to drift the bolt out so I guess its dropped a bit. I'll put a block of wood on top of the jack in the morning and give it a go.
