Hi I am hoping that some Range Rover Expert can help me!

I have a 1997 P Reg DSE Range Rover with the std Radio Cassette fitted Part number PU9837A and Product PCR7617 and I want to upgrade Radio Cassette head to the std which will operate a 6 CD Changer. I have the CD Player Part number PRC9033 Product No. PU-2050A with attaching cable and the Radio/Cassette CD head unit part number PU9836A Product number PCR7618. As the Radio/Cassette CD head unit has a different PIN connection configuration on the unit

I need to know if the CD head unit will just plug in or if need some other parts, an amplifier or something

the head unit on my 96 DT has a standard ISO connection, as will yours, which opens up all sorts of possibilities for you. you dont have to buy connectors as most of the head unit manufacturers conform to this standard. i personally put a blaunkpukt head unit in, took 5 mins to install.
