Disco 4 (LR4) Help Discovery 4 restricted performamce.

I have been having a couple of issues with my D4 and the restricted performance mode. I recently did a leak test and found a load of vacuum pipes were leaking, so fixed the leaks and I also replaced the little vacuum valve on the top right hand side front of the engine, after which a load more fault codes appeared:

P0033-00
P1247-00
P22D4-17
P22D2-77
P22CF-71
P22D5-92

I am guessing that these codes are all related to potentially one issue, but I am guessing. Any ideas would really be appreciated.
