Help! Digital upgrade for Freelander 2 HSE??!!

I would really love to get some sort of upgrade for my husbands car so that he can get digital radio, but I literally have NO idea where to start. There are some for sale on eBay but I’m nervous as don’t know what I’m doing!!!! He has an 11 year old Freelander 2 HSE, he has the sat nav screen but it’s OLD lol!!

This fred might be betterer in the Freelanderer section, lets see if we can't get it moved.

I've a Pure highway digital 200, works fine but sits as an extra thing on the dash.

Will plug into his aux input, powered from cigar lighter...easy peasy

Thanks! Il look in to this, although I wouldn’t mind getting something with a newer screen etc as his looks so old and the sat nav is crap - but this could cost me a small fortune lol!!
