Help diesel leak

Hi All just noticed a diesel leak from the back of the injector pump dripping down the bolt on the injectors but they won't tighten so just wondering if anyone has any ideas? Thanks

if pipes have been over tightened in the past you may need new ones ,or outlet may need tightening

Mine does this
Look at the little rubber nipple on the back top of the pump
Its actually a breather and should pass no fuel so theres a seal in the pump leaking
I have routed a little pipe to a bottle to check how much
350 miles less than a teaspoon so far
But a little derv goes a long way!
