Help! Diesel in cooling system

Hi! So, did some research and seemed tuhat common problem is the failure of the fuel cooler unit. Was able to order used part. Replaced it, still Diesel in cooling. After that unplugged the unit from Diesel flow and cleaned the cooling system from diesel and still the problem exists. Only one thing comes in mind after that: crack in the endine block?? Oil is clean.
 
Yes they have seals. But the oil level is not getting bigger. Oil looks clean with no Diesel in it. Overall the engine works supersmooth and good.
 
@JoelT , what radiator do you have fitted? Is it the combined coolant and oil cooling radiator? If so, there a good chance this has rotted through bottom RHS and the coolant is mixing with oil, and visa-versa. Drain coolant and oil from rad and pressure test to prove good or not.
