hi all on hols in dorset and me p38 has broke ?:mad:
shes on the bump stops .
eas on dash says 35mph max
pump not running have given 12v to pump it runs but not lifting car at all any help or advice welcome asap
any one with a reset thin gee near.
 
call douglass motors on 01258 840889 they are about 4 miles from you...you'll speak to paul or the strwaberry blonde....tel em Lee gave you the number. They are sound and very helpful
 
just rang them but to late to speak to anyone will try again tomorrow if no joy tonight ,
have you got there p/code?

from wimborne you'll go over the bridge,past the childrens farm on your left.The road bears right then left going uphill,smal straight then sweeping right hand bend..theyre on the right hand side you cant miss them !

and people say you could take a p38 to slovakia, couldnt even make it to wimborne lol.

but the wife thinks just take,
any way only payed £200 for p38 and spent approx £150 so far and when shes good what a motor it is. fecking love it.
and its on gas and that's were £79 went on a new vap.

I am only 10mins from where you are. I have an EAS Cable and software but the only problem is that I cant find the appropriate driver to make the cable communicate with windows 7.

Anyone out there can assist me finding the correct driver, I can then go and help Pete.

Secondary solution Pete, if I cant help you, there is a Landrover specialist only five miles from you, AL Services 01202 668666. They do a mobile diagnostic service.

If you have a laptop with you that runs windows XP or Vista then I can help and will come out straight away. Dave

You have done well for that money, just make sure you bin it before the big bills arrive :D

hi dave i do have laptop with me but lost net last night,
are you still available? today or were can i buy cables
 
thanks s71 i went to see the boys at garage and they were very helpful but could do nothing to help, said v/block was gone and closed ?,couldn't get the codes to clear tried 6 time with no joy.
so in the end i drove her 150 miles home on bump stops (not recommended) then had to find a motor to get c/van wife and 3 cats back fron wimborne,well I'm now home with every thing and a gaylander but i must say it did the job well .
anyone want to help pay my c/card pm me ha ha :doh:
