Hi,

Not sure what has happened but the LPG as packed up.
The car struggles to start on petrol? and takes along time to change to gas, ( 3/4 times longer than usual).

To day i checked under the bonet as i could smell GAS and the Vaporisor and 2 of the injectors were frozen ??

The only thing that has changed, At the weekend i put some stop leak in to fix a small leak but i can't see how that would effect the starting unless the fault with the gas is not putting enough into the cylnders when i switch the engine off so when come round to start it it's mis-firing.

Please help. Thanks

the stop leak probably has jammed in the vapouriser and stopped water flowing, take the pipes to the vap off and flush them thoroughly. see if that helps, if not it may be a new vap or a refurb kit, what vap is it?

also has water level gone down, below level of vap or caused an air lock in vap?

^^^^^^^^ hot water not getting to the vapouriser due to blockage or low water level. It MAY also be preventing the gas shutting off fully & the car is trying to run on both fuels simultaneously, hence the sudden poor starting.

General info here Hints
