I have changed the master cylinder and front hoses and it still won't go hard. I have tried clamping the rear hose and the brakes seem to go alot better but as soon as clamp is released goes to the same I have changed both rear cylinders and copper pipes but still get air coming out the rear wheels.

Looks like you have to re bleed the rears, should have pure new fluid all through by now though.
Must be a reason why air not coming out, it wont be getting in anywhere as you would have a leak when the brakes were pressed.
Open nearside rear bleed and get a good half litre through it, don't just stop when the bubbles stop, then same on off side rear.
You'll get there in the end:)

Wen I drove from the farm the brakes where amazing solid all the time but wen I stop at the lights the pedal goes down about half way but if you pump it it goes solid and wen you drive again it is solid no movement and stops so much better.

Have a look at the pipe off your servo. I had soft brakes and it was down to a leak. The test for your servo is to pump your brakes with the engine off until they are hard and then start it. The pedal should soften.

That's my thinking Pete i am going to tell the mot guy to take it for a drive as it's fine and is the best it's ever been plus I'm going to leave all the receipts on the seat for what is practically a new brake system.

As long as they are hard when you hit them for braking, my disco pedal would go down half way if I sat and pressed it hard enough but was solid every time I braked:)

:clap2::clap2::clap2::praise: it passed so glad that is all over with till next year I can concentrate on my wedding again now.
