I bought my first Range Rover in 2008. I have to say I love it. I would really appreciate some advice on how to get it to perform best ascending and descending the steep winding hill I live at the top of in the snow and ice. I had to ditch it half way up last week but suspect I wasn't using it properly.

It seems to get down great using HDC but should I be using it like this?

Would anyone kindly tell me (or point me in the right direction!) how I should set it up best for climbing and descending the aforementioned hill please? Apologies if this is the wrong place.

It's a 2008 RR Vogue SE TDV8.

Thanks in advance.
