Greetings fellow landrover enjoyers.
I have just traded in my 1995 Xantia for a 2006 freelander. I will miss the old girl but she really was a rolling skip. They don't make them like the XUD9 TD anymore.
Just replaced the turbo on my new (to me) FL but now the bastard thing won't start. All the fuel seems to be coming back out the HP pump return. (Already replaced the HP pump pressure control solenoid). In the process of testing sensors now.
Fwiw I am in the edinburgh area and I have an icarsoft LR v3. If anyone wants a go.
Coincidentally I rate the icarsoft as a bit ****. It cannot even read the VIN from a freelander 1 and presumes it is a freelander 2. Should have bought a pscan!
