Hi all, I have just put a deposit on a 2002 Disco 2 and I'm picking it up in about a week or so, I have always wanted one of them since I was a brat and I'm really looking forward to getting out in it! I am looking at doing some off road modifications over time and was wondering what is best to get done first?

Hello there and welcome to the Landyzone, hope you enjoy ownership of the D2, plenty of information available here if you need it.
Slight suspension lift, not too radical, 2"max, some nice agressive mud terrain tyres makes for a good look.

Hi Gazbo, thanks.
Sounds like a good starting point, I eventually want all the off road bits but will have to go about it on a monthly basis. I'd like to try and get stuck in doing the mods myself so I can learn something new in the process.

Welcome, might be an idea to start a project thread if you are going to be doing regular updates and you may get some help/encouragement as well as the usual stick on here
