Hello,
I've been considering getting a Defender for what seems like forever. It has been a few years on and off. So I thought I'd look into the forums as from previous experience they are a fantastic wealth of helpful useful people and information. So hello to you all and hopefully I'll get a Defender 110 sw 300tdi and can start joining in.

Welcome along, just make sure you do plenty of homework and always take somebody who can look at it with you. They may see things you don't when your enthusiasm blinds you. Good luck

Agreed.. My range rover, which I adore very much was a car ought with glasses mirrored on the inside . 3400€ and after the French mot. Needed all disks and pads along with all air suspension units and shocks... It came off the road at 40mph back end slide after a rain on a corner.. Kids were terrified. The shocks were worn out! It passed an mot like that!! As i said, patience and write a list of questions if your going too excited about buying it!!! The accident cost me 1000€ in parts. Punch myself in the face. God my wife was happy.....
