Freelander experience didn't last long, within 100 miles it started playing up, conking out but would restart after a few attempts suspect fuel related, on having a look round to locate fuel system components discovered rear drive shafts and vcu had been removed, continued to cut out on return to dealer. doh - must remember to have a crawl underneath if I consider one again. Returned to dealer - sales of goods act etc - he said didnt know it had been converted to 2WD.

Welcome to lz... Seems a few people have had issues with freelander 1s... Were they happy to give you a full refund?
