Hi I have been on here a while now but thought it was rude not to have checked in so to speak.
Im new to the hobby having just purchased my first landy. A tatty 1987 110 defender (called shaggy) having spent a small fortune allready and have more plans in the pipeline I have found this site great.
My aim is to restore her, not to a pristine condition but to something that can last me 10 years or so of trouble free motoring. why not buy a new one I hear u say but in my eyes I could spend 20k on a new one or 6k on mine and end up with the same result plus the satisfaction of doing it
