Evening,
My name is Paul but like to be called Thommo, I have just purchased my first Land rover just after Christmas however I have driven them through my job for a number of years.
its been my dream to own one of these iconic vehicles and now I have one and intend to use it every day as I have 5 kids so plus me and the Mrs its one of the few vehicles that fit the bill.
Cheers,
Thommo.

Sounds like a real brood ! Welcome - I hope you enjoy the forum, challenging at times with a LR but I feel sure that you will get plenty of support on here! Try and upload a picture as most like this :)

It’s a bit noisy over 5mph!
I don’t remember it being that noisy in the old days so am I getting old a sensative or is mine a bit of a wrong un?
(My test drive was around a rural route so couldn’t open it up)

Wotcha Thommo and welcome to LZ. I've had my 90 since the summer. I remember thinking how noisy it was at the time and spent a lot of time stopping all the rattles and squeaks when I first had her. All the squeaks came back in short order and me and the wife have got used to the wind / engine / bits threatening to fall off noises. Dog not quite so happy mind you

Don't forget the piccies.. ;)

I thought that would be the case, at least it means I don’t have to listen to the kids singing in the back so there is always an upside.
Will post piccys at the weekend when I can.
Cheers
