Hello! I'm new!

I have an 08 freelander 2
If anyone can help with the following problem?

After hearing a loud bang and having the front springs replaced I am left with a clanging/banging which seems to come from under the engine in front of the driving position. This noise is heard when driving over road humps or uneven road surfaces and worse as the car swings side to side.
The mechanic can't find the problem. Any ideas anyone?

Hello mate, welcome to the loony zone, I dont know much about FL s but if you post your question on the freelander part of the forum I'm sure you'll get lots of help there,as a disco owner I'd say it sounds like a bushing problem but the lads who know will tell you
