Hello, I'm new to this forum. Owned a td5 defender for a few years now. I do a bit of off roading with a club I am in. But not as much as I would like.

Hello!
If I remember correctly, it wasn't very sunny on Thursday, but at least it didn't rain. Out of interest, I am in the market for a 110 and based in Glasgow, where do you get servicing MOT etc in or near our rainy city? Or where to avoid?

Sorry Alice haven't been on for a while. Have you got your 110 yet? I use my local garage for MOT's but I've sometimes used Monarch garage in Dalmarnock for servicing. But I've found them a bit pricey at times. Although there a few landy drivers around where I live with monarch wheel covers on. So maybe it's me being cheap.

Thanks flymaster.

I had heard from a guy I was looking at Defenders from that Monarch wasn't too different to main dealer pricings, so I don't think it is you being cheap.
Still looking, sadly. Have looked at a couple, but am scouring through all the information on here trying to make myself as knowledgable as I can before taking the plunge and finding out the questions to ask, things to look at, check etc.
If you hear of anything in our neck of the woods, feel free to drop me a message

Alice
