Hi every one.

Just introducing myself. Currently driving a td5 90 or a disco 300tdi..
Any one ever have probs with cylinder head gasket in a defender td5 and what are symptoms?

Iain, Liam from Galway here, driving a '90 RR 3.9V8EFi. At 17 years of age!
Looking to use it for its proper purpose. Anyone else out there?

My landrover sick with problem 1,8 petrol model seemed to be overheating, it ended up spewing oil into every part. now in garage with a huge bill looming and no guarantee that this will be permanent cure they suggesting I put new engine in 2000 model so out of warranty but only 47 thousand miles on it. Garage say this engine flaw and have seen lots does anyone no a number for Land Rover Ireland as number got from directory ringing out. The have made ex-gratia payments to some owners who have had this problem.
