Hi Alex,
We love Cyprus, was over for 2 weeks just outside Paphos. (Sunny Hill Appts) Will be going back again October time.
There was a Freelander for sale at the top of the hill near where we were staying so I had a look under and it was as if it had come out of the show-room, no rust on a 2003!.
Mine has seen the salty UK winters and rain so is rusty.
I guess your car is rust free.
