I've recently stopped buying from paddock spares.

Shipping is slow, unless you pay extra. Lead time on non-stock parts inaccurate.
Free shipping threshold has risen.

I've spent so much with you over the years, but your competitors now seem to offer goods at the same prices (sometimes even less) have a lower free shipping threshold, but, most importantly, ship the same day, not just when they get around to it.

There.. You wanted feedback... Probably not that feedback, I admit : (

Any decent company would relish that kind of feedback , no good telling folk just the good news they cant improve with that
 
Hi chap, iv been using paddocks for years as there just up the road from me so can't comment on delivery but otherwise iv always found them spot on, always have what i i need and helpfull if i have any questions
 
I ordered from paddocks other day. Came pretty quick, I'm only 20 mins away but wait times when you go in are unreal however chaps downstairs are always busy so not their fault. Could do with atleast two people in and maybe 3 on a Saturday morning
 
To be fair to paddocks .. it shows there is an element of customer engagement to post on here, a good company shouldn't fear negative feedback if it learns from it.
 
I have ordered a bunch of stuff from paddocks, always arrived fairly promptly and not had any issues.

I would use again, was just this evening looking at poly bushes.
 
If it of any help to you.
One thing which is guaranteed to send me off to e bay is fixed post being applied to small items which would fit in a padded envelope, ie td5 injector seals, where many companies (not just paddocks) want £5 + to post them.

It might be a good idea to have a word to the forum owners,or a moderator,just to say hello and who,what you are.;):)
 
Well I think its a good thing your here, if only as a messenger to the people that actually count. Do they have trouble with computers or are they just bone idle?

Anyways as a gesture of good will and not to rain on your parade as it where, I will let 'you' offer free Land rover service packs to all members. I was going to do this myself but now you are looking for the free advertising you may as well take the reins.
