Hello,
I have been looking at Landy's for a whikle and the oppourtubnity arose to purchase a 95 Disco 300tdi. Very well used, but in good enough nick.
The other half and I want to have a go at some green lane or mud plugging in the future, but the prime reason is I've moved jobs and may need to get to work in iffy conditions (see profile , bikes with road tyres don't fare well in snow etc) The jazz has little ground clearance and typical road tyres.
Most impressed with the disco, all the transmission works fine, no grumbles or grunts, apart from a suspect battery and starter motor (now fixed), oh and of course the iffy locks,Well I've fixed 2 2 to go.
I've looked at a number of forums and decided that Landy Zone was about the best.
So Hello Guys and Gals, since I know nothing about Disco's please be patient as I'll probably be putting some strange questions on the forums.
