Hi All,
I came across this forum when I had a problem with my wife's Freelander 1 (2005 HSE); the dreaded TC and decent control lights came on just before the MOT was due!
I turned to Google and came across the site and realised it was a fairly common fault. I found some very useful advice on here - and with that (and a new brake light switch for £15) I saved myself loads of time and money by fitting it myself. The lights went out and it passed the MOT with now issues.
So apart from saying hello, also wanted to say a big thanks to those who post all the useful hints and tips on here! Looking forward to being able to do more of the routine stuff on the car with help from this site. Cheers guys!
