Hi guys,
Been away from landies for a few years, at one point had a '58 series 2 88", a 73 series 3 88" and a disco 1.

Now the proud owner of a 110 td5 csw.

Looking forward to browsing the forum for help and ideas as I progress!

Current plans are for:
more lights on roof rack,
Central locking,
Electric windows,
More speakers,
New tyres,
Etc etc

Big kid, lol.

Thankyou in advance for all of the info I'm going to need

Howdy doo!! Im a lights man myself!
Welcome to your new home

Think my new home will be the truck,
Interspaced with trips to the divorce solicitor, lol.
Truck has led external lights except the fog and reverse, and a bar spots. But they will be changed. Led headlights are awesome
And will have led all the way around the roof rack.
I have fitted second battery, going to run to midi fuse in batt box. Then hiding fused relay bank in roof console out to lights.
Switched by carling OFF /ON rockers in roof console.

The tricky wiring will be the heating bits.
Heated seats, wing mirrors, front and rear screens.
They will run off of an arduino(with fused relays), so need momentary switches, the arduino will have a timer.
But arduino also be activated by RF beeper and via text message.

The other interesting project is going to be stereo.
I want to keep and use the mud console. And I want it clean. (So switches will be in banks in roof console and cubby box)
In the mud console I will fit a double din 7" screen for audio / video.
And in the top I want to fit a motorised 7" screen in a single din, to be hands free / sat nav / cameras (360°). I also want to run standard sat nav + ordinance survey charts.

Nothing like keeping things simple eh?

So that's this weekends jobs sorted so what you doing the following weekend ;)

Good list of jobs this will keep you busy for a bit
