Hello never been part of a forum but got alot of info from here in the past ive had a disco 3 now for over 18 months now and spent quite a few quid since owning one hopefully can get some info in the future.

Oh yes.... just replaced the rhr height adjustment sensor and still showin a fault got it calibrated today and still the dam fault aaarrggh. Think its electrical to be fair. AGAIN.... its a shame really its a beltin motor i use it for everything and enough room for the kids. Just want it right now Ive had 4 other lanny models and only this 1 givin me grief. You drivin?

Well, we run two D1's because of their simplicity - I.E. no :confused::eek::rolleyes:o_O:mad::mad::mad: electronics;) _ love the shape of the D3/4 - but having had a new FFRR, and it spending more time in the stealers being "fixed", albeit under warranty:rolleyes:, we decided to go back to simple :)

Yeah too be fair i had an N reg which was simple. Good solid motor with no problems i replaced the thermostatic radiator valve on it in 3 years but like you say the shape of the 3/4 are really good looking unlike the new shape nowo_O;)

RR disco and evoque all look the same now. Lost their imagination they all just look like cars on steroids the truck aspect of the designs is on its ass useless with no space.

hi mate

oh yes i understand thoughs so called fixes, lol

got a iid made by gap, will tell u the last time the landy burped

have a look at the wiring by the back left passenger side wheel

by the handbrake cable, the wiring can rub the chassis

assume you've checked the wiring at the sensor as well

shame ur so far away as i could have plugged my iid in for u foc and tried to help u find it

hope that's some small use , plse feel free to pm me if i can help in any way

only had mine 6 x months and learnt a lot with there little gremlins

just another thought , hope u don't mind me saying

need to check which side the hawkeye is taking about

right hand normally means drivers side ,

Yeah thanks to both of you i can see signs the wiring loom is rubbing against the chassis which is obviously causing it to short every now and then going to look at this more in depth. Cheers
