Hello All

Recently bought a 1985 'B' reg LR90 (pre-Defender) which is my third LR. The first two, both Series 1s, I had in the late 1960s; so being a lot older but evidently not wiser you'd have thought I would have known better. Still, in its defence this car/truck has had a 300TDi transplant with power steering, a Disco back axle, discs all round, 2 inch lift with 265/75 Insa Turbo 'Dakars' and sits on a galvanised chassis. Not that I need all that off-road stuff of course.
Basically not too bad a heap retaining quite a few original features, but in need of some TLC and particularly a fuel gauge that works - a question about this in the technical forum.

Thanks Lisbeth. I was beginning to wonder if I'd sunk without trace! Is that your machine in the avatar? If so did you have the rear side windows installed? Thinking of doing this to my 90 and wonder who does the best window kit.
