Hi All, I am a new member and recently bought a Defender Pick Up which is in pretty good shape but needs some TLC. Looking for a some advice on best parts sellers?

Thanks!

Congratulations. One of the best books I ever bought was the Land Rover Parts Catalogue. Everything's got a number, every washer, spring clip and sticker, as well as things like engines, bearings, seals and the like. I just Google the part number and see who's selling it cheapest. Much of my stuff seems to end up coming from Paddocks or LRDirect, but there are a lot of perfectly good mail order businesses out there.

welcome !

1st thing the best and quickest way is to ask on here !

Paddocks are good but as you have internet access put the part on Google, ive not had any bad deals.

Welcome, there's also a sticky on the defender page that's got a downloadable PDF parts list. Don't be shy, get some pics up and ask away but don't be afraid of using the search button either

Thanks all for the welcome, I have spent today cleaning and removing Ifor Williams canopy. She had to have a new battery this morning as she was completely dead :-(

Pics coming up soon.
