Morning all.
Just like to take time to say HI.
Few months back I bought my first landrover , it’s a 97 p38 with a reconditioned 300tdi auto fitted . Lovely condition no rust at all, was sitting in a barn in Wolverhampton for 3 years before I bought it . Needed a little bit work to get it back running, new alt , battery all grounds checked and cleaned . Volt tested all components to see if we had loss in the circuit due to the gearbox and fuse faults that would not clear. Think it was a low voltage problem . I Also changed the coolant system pipe work and Brake pipes . And the becm reset of rick the prick that sorted the gear box faults and took her out of limp mode , should of done that first ha . Cheers Richard . And then finally through a MOT . it’s now on the road and I love it.
Still not 100% but working progress .

Welcome to LZ ;)

Are you using it to go off road tis a shame to abuse it but if needs musts :D
Not really that bad , bought it for fishing in the winter any ways so a bit summer fun . Then October time will be hitting the dunes and beaches , few rough tracks to get to marks . .
