hey

i have a problem with my heat in my p38

i have only real heat in the right site an only real blow in the right site .

what can be wrong ??

I have an interesting problem...
Well not a problem really, as the heating works fine - but the cheque book sign comes on but only when the outside temp goes below 3 degrees.
I haven't pluged the diagnostics in yet - too damn cold...

i thing my brain will have a melt down in a short wile :eek:

i have taken the blend motor out an taken it apart . no broken gear teeth and the motor work ......

but i cant adjust it when i put the temp op or down:eek:

what is wrong ???? any ideas

You really need a Faultmate, so that the HEVAC can tell you which part is not working, there are a couple of sensors in there too that I didn't realise existed when I did mine.

OK - plugged it in now, apparently it is the clutch on the compressor stuck open - well that is OK cos I have a leaky valve on the air con that needs replacing...

Interesting that the HVAC needs air con when it sees that it is below 3c

Fault. 'Compressor open circuit', means either there is low pressure in system or pressure switch has failed. System will not allow compressor to run without sufficient gas pressure.

Aircon is a great dehumidifier, maybe that is why the system calls it?
